Event Details
Join us for this six-week series of beginner yoga classes for women ages 55+. The classes will taught by a certified yoga instructor and be offered free of charge to participants. Participants will learn about how the regular practice of yoga can improve physical, mental, and emotional health. They will become more self-aware, gain confidence through the practice, and connect with others for support.
