You MUST make an appointment. Call 585-394-1381 to make an appointment.

AARP information packet MUST BE COMPLETED before your appointment. Forms are available in the lobby of the library. If paperwork is not completed prior to your appointment you must arrive 20 minutes early to fill out your paperwork. AARP will turn you away if you do not have your information packet ready or arrive late.

Documents Required:

1. Photo ID for taxpayer and spouse

2. Social Security cards for everyone on the return.

3. All tax documents such as W-2s, 1098s, 1099s, etc.

4. Last 2 year's taxes (2020 & 2021)

5. Blank check for bank routing info.
