AARP Tax Aide by appointment ONLY. Call 585-394-1381 to make an appointment.

MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE BUILDING. Information packet MUST BE COMPLETED before your appointment. Forms are available at the library or at the bottom of the homepage of our website, woodlibrary.org (to be filled out & printed from home) Wait in your car till 10 minutes before your appointment.

Documents Required:
1. Photo ID for taxpayer and spouse
2. Social Security cards for everyone on the return.
3. All tax documents such as W-2s, 1098s, 1099s, etc.
4. Last 2 year's taxes (2019 & 2020)
5 Checkbook for Direct Deposit/Debit Information.
6. Proof of health insurance 1095A for the State Marketplace Exchange
