Women and girls age 16+. Do you have chronic pain and want to find ways to manage it? A 6 week session offered by Ontario County Public Health. Sponsored by Ontario-Yates Fund for Women and Girls.

Storytime for ages 0-2 years with a caregiver, and may feature stories, songs, fingerplays, rhymes, or other activities.

Reduce stress and work on movement and balance. Taught by a non-certified Tai Chi instructor.

Join our Kripalu certified chair yoga instructor in this one hour class. Yoga in the chair is beneficial to anyone, especially people with challenges of getting on the floor.

Canva is a free online creation tool. Make flyers, brochures, resumes, social media graphics, wedding invitations, infographics, postcards, certificates, and more. Learn the basics, walk through a guided design, and then work on your own.

Craft greeting cards with instructor Sally. The cost is $20 per person and includes everything you need to make four cards with envelopes. Space is limited; please register. Payment due at time of class
