Little Red Riding Hood Plays The Violin! A free, lively 30 minute musical show for the whole family, with delightful performances by musical artists of the ChamberFest Canandaigua, spear-headed by co-artist director cellist Amy Barston.

Create your own water bottle fish! This program is BYOB - bring in your own bottle (an empty water bottle - the squishier the better) and we'll provide the other materials so you can transform it into a brightly colored fish.

Come for a great story and make a craft to go with it! Our "Monday is Funday" program is for kids going into grades 1-3. We'll have 7 sessions - come for one or all of them. Drop-in program.

Grades 6-12: A trivia challenge covering many different myths and mythologies! Registration required.

The New Yorker discussion group will meet Thursday from 3:30 – 4:30 pm. The “required readings” are chosen by group members weekly.

A reception for our artists to show off their hard work

Work with Rochester-based graphic artist, Jackie Davis of Underpants and Overbites to learn how to create your own comics. Then meet with Author Jennifer Dugan and her illustrator Kit Seaton for their Graphic novel Coven.

B-4 you plan all your summer activities, be sure to mark your calendar for some family fun at the library!  There will be some fabulous prizes! Space is limited. Please register each person in your family group.

This program requires all participants to wear a mask. 

Join us for an evening of cards and games at Dalai java. Food and drinks can be purchased at Dalai Java upon arrival. 

Ages 17 and older: Participants will get to make a handcrafted journal and decorate with sea flags or other materials. 

Grades 7-12: Create an entertaining and successful roleplaying adventure by investigating storytelling through the mechanics of tabletop RPGs. Registration required.

If you can’t make it to our program in the library, get in your jammies and cozy up at home with your computer, tablet or phone to listen to stories, sing songs and enjoy something special on the flannel board with Mrs.
