Join local group of adults as they learn to reduce stress and work on movement and balance in this Tai Chi class conducted every Monday and Wednesday. This group is taught be a non-certified Tai Chi instructor. 

Join Mrs. Ferris in this weekly series featuring stories, fingerplays, and fun on the flannel board chosen especially for 3-5 year-olds! The 8 week series runs on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM through February 22. Registration is requested.
