Join local group of adults as they learn to reduce stress and work on movement and balance in this Tai Chi class conducted every Wednesday. This group is taught be a non-certified Tai Chi instructor.

Join Mrs. Ferris in this weekly series for 3, 4, and 5 year olds featuring stories, fingerplays, and fun on the flannel board chosen especially for 3-5 year-olds! The 7 week series runs on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM through November 16.

Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

We will be reviewing the most popular social media platforms, learning how to create accounts for Facebook and Instagram, how to post updates, upload photos, and more. Attendees must have an accessible email address.
