Sourdough is a long-fermented wild yeast and bacteria used to bake bread. It boasts a huge reduction in gluten, bioavailable nutrients, and gut health benefits. Come make a sourdough starter with us! You will learn how to care for it, how to “read” your starter, and how to use it to bake delicious soft bread that the whole family will love.
