Join Jennifer Muscato, wellness educator as she discusses Sound therapy/sound baths.  A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where you’re immersed in deep sound vibrations, resonating at specific tones and frequencies. It’s meant to relax, balance and facilitate healing through a shift in the brain wave state. The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Used in sound healing therapy, singing bowls are believed to calm the mind as well as reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, help alleviate aches and pains, strengthen the immune system, and improve mood. Sound therapy does not replace medical care.

Crystal singing bowls will be the main instrument used.

Jennifer is a writer, wellness educator, certified Reiki Master, certified yoga and meditation instructor, certified sound healing practitioner, and ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer.
