Grades K-3 with parents
It's time for the Elephant Games! Every young elephant parades their talent in front of the king to earn their special elephant name. But Num-Num doesn't have a special skill to display. With a little help from some familiar friends, will this little elephant learn that being yourself is the most important talent of them all?
Join us for a fun evening as we read and discuss this year's One Book, OWWL Kids book choice: Free to Be Elephant Me by Giles Andreae. Create your own unique fingerprint magnet. Each family will receive a copy of the book to take home! Please register in advance. Best for children in K-3rd grade. Siblings welcome. Registration is required. Register each child within the age range, but also indicate how many family members will be attending.
One Book, OWWL Kids is a community read program sponsored by the OWWL Library System. The goal of this program is to create a shared reading experience among children and caregivers from Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, and Livingston Counties.
