Meet local author Dr. Maggie Benham and her dog, Tipper, a dog that loves the lake! Tipper's story inspires all people to take joy in and love the water as much as she does. The book also provides tips and ways everyone can care for the land and water. At the end of the program, Doctor Benham will guide children through a short exercise in mindfulness and nervous system regulation which helps young people calm themselves and use nature to stay connected.
