Did you know that food scraps and yard waste make up more than 30 percent of what we throw away? This waste takes up space in landfills, where it releases methane, a greenhouse gas that is harmful to the environment. All of that material could instead be composted! Learn about composting and complete a craft with the Canandaigua Watershed Association. Registration required.
